Mosey back to the bells

The Thang:
Figure 8 x 8 each dir
Halo x 7 each dir

Do 10 swings between all exercises.
Calf Raises x 5
Lawnmower Pull x 5 each arm
Sumo Squat x 5
Curls x 5
Lunges x 5 each
Shoulder presses x 5
Obliques x 5 each
Tricep extentions x 5
Repeato, but with 5 swings instead.

Carry bells to pull up bars. Partner up, similar bell weight.
P1: Carries both bells halfway to far island and back.
P2: Hangs from pull up bars, knee raises if you want…. just don’t let go of the bar.

Brief mosey then repeato

Everyone talked a lot this morning. Apparently it was inspired by Dingo, but I wonder if everyone’s vocal chords were just getting cold?

@R2D2 kept telling the tale of how hot my girlfriend was, after seeing her and me walking yesterday while some neighborhood kid was kicking his butt on the bike. She must’ve really been on his mind, as he brought her up 3 times! Also everyone was convinced he made some backhanded compliment with “How’d you get her?” but I could only agree that I also don’t know how! Then there was some kind of backhanded thing between Dutch, Maximus and R2? I couldn’t quite tell anymore.
