THE THANG

=>Slow mosey around HCE looking for any sign of life

FARTLEK TRACK WORK

• 400 mosey
• 300 mosey, 100 sprint
• 200 mosey, 200 sprint
• 100 mosey, 300 sprint
• 400 sprint
• 300 sprint, 100 mosey
• 200 sprint, 200 mosey
• 100 spint, 100 mosey, 100 sprint, 100 mosey
• 400 mosey cool down

=>Mosey to DOT in bus lot

TEST TRACK

• Test out partner relay with Partner 1 sprint, Partner 2 backwards run and switch when Partner 1 catches Partner 2.

=>Mosey back to HCE lot

• Well, I thought it was going to be a solo Speed again, but then Al Cowlings pulled in with a retro side paneling upgrade to the Bronco. Surprise…..it was Sparknut!
• I did spot the GlockMobile again, but no Glock again. Maybe he is just storing his car there.
• Way to work, Sparknut! It was great having another human out there on the track. #accountability
• The test on the DOT was a fail. We’ll have to try it again with more people.
• Have a great weekend! Enjoy your precious time and do something worthwhile.
