• Monkey Humpers x 15 IC
• SSH x 30 IC (YHC prolonged this one till a certain pax finished getting his gloves on)
• Mosey out

ROUND 1 – FROGGER

• at the sidewalk along Hwy218
• 1 burpee to 4 Broad Jumps
• continue along sidewalk till you reach the entrance gate.
• (by example YHC went into the fifth stage finishing at 5 burpees and 20 jumps)
• mosey into the park to porkchop hill

ROUND 2 – PARTNERS

• pax pair up
• wheelbarrow uphill for 3x each partner
• modify as needed based on your personal injuries

ROUND 3 – SAME PARTNERS

• each pax select a rock from the rip rap
• mosey over to the soccer fields
• P1 carries rock 1 across the field, run back to P2
• meanwhile P2 does merkins
• P1 carries rock 2 across the field to rock 1, run back to P2
• meanwhile P2 still doing merkins
• P1 carries P2 across the field to rocks 1 & 2
• flapjack
• P2 carries . . . P1 does merkins
• Fast Finishers do Ping Pong Suicides against the six

ROUND 4 – SAME PARTNERS

• rinse and repeat round 3
• replacing merkins with air squats

FINAL ROUND – INDIVIDUAL EFFORT

• sans rocks
• run to the first pavement alley
• run back to rocks
• run to the second pavement alley
• run back to rocks
• ruck & mosey to return rocks
• AYG back to the ShovelFlag

• Awesome numbers in the gloom today!
• The most oft spoken name not in attendance this morning was . . . Maple Syrup! Pax are missing you bro. Hope your ears were burning.
• YHC was honored to lead by design this morning! It was great to need to sign up for the Pile Driver since this slot is most often first gone.
• YHC suspects everyone in attendance this morning didn’t mind the rain that started near the end of our time slot. Great to have a little slice of the heavens rinsing off the dirt of a good workout. #wetseatbelt
• Great to see the new faces (transient or otherwise) coming back again and again!
