- Another Friday, another Speed workout. Today we covered most of the AO, especially some parts we hadn’t visited for some time. Great job, men! We even had some runners stop by. Thx Glock and Filibuster for “joining” us. Dingo? Dingo?
- The MLB playoffs started this week, so I wanted to add in a baseball workout. It was a bit dark on the field, so we kept it simple by going around the horn. It brought back some good memories.
- @Buffalo – I hope we didn’t cause a setback with your injury. Way to push and stop when you needed to, which is the smartest thing to do.
- @Slappy – It was great partnering with you. You are getting faster.
- Sound off if I missed something.
- Prayers for Stoli and Shazam as they work through family dynamics with adoption.
- Have a great weekend! Enjoy some downtime with friends and family.
Godspeed

Nice work @Pavarotti. Thanks for stepping up to lead us every week in @Stoli’s absence. I enjoyed the baseball workout. It was fun to pretend that I was actually an athlete for once. Two inside-the-park homers in one day is a lot though.
