7 PAX walked the line on a cool morning.  5 runners, 2 ruckers.  No warmarama in the interest of getting more miles in.  Quick disclaimer and we were off.

Runners

Run through Moss Creek and onto the back of the Greenway.  Up to through to Odell Primary.  4 miles.  Nice job gents!

Ruckers

After coming off an event, YHC opted for a distance ruck, opposed to a training ruck this AM.  With Sugar and his canine, we hit the Greenway as well and back for a 2.25 mile ruck.

COT

Prayers for Brimley’s and Marie Callender’s mothers.  Also for those living and responding to Houston.  Continued prayers for back to school children, teachers, parents and others working in the school system.

Moleskin

After much debate on Slack, we welcomed El Sabado (FNG Washington).  Nice job this morning.

The runners confirmed a Heatstroke and M sighting this morning and apparently observed them picking flowers in a field.  That’s sweet.

Isaiah 40:8

“The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.”

  1. Aye!

  2. Welcome El Sabado! And great pacing by you, Cream Cheese and…who else was there…lemme think…there’s someone I’m missing…I’m sure I’ll remember in a bit.

It was great to see HS EHing the M. As a dad and husband, it’s important that we provide a strong example to those on our tax return.

  3. Me and the M, rucking in a field, that’s right!
