Fartleks…a funny word but not a funny workout

Nine Dawgs met at the school for a run and off they raced. Running Fartleks between every intersection. 4-5 miles were completed, PRs were established and life was good!
Hop Hunter and Talladega out raced the pack, with strong showings from the rest of the group.
