A magnificent 7 ventured out in the gloom for some Partner grinders and drills.

THE THANG

=>Warm up mosey around Middle School lot with Stoli Skips, Defensive Slides, Pole Slalom, Hills, etc.

HILL GRINDER

Various grinders (2 man team where one is timer) up and down the hills

• Round 1 – Partner 1 hill, Partner 2 virtual jump ropes, flapjack, repeato x3
• Round 2 – Partner 1 wall touches and back, Partner 2 ski, flapjack, repeato x3
• Round 3 – Partner 1 hill, Partner 2 jump squat, flapjack, repeato x3

=>Mosey to bus lot

PARTNER DRILLS

• Round 1 – Partner dual across bball courts at varying distances
• Round 2 – Partner suicides with Al Gores
• Round 3 – Partner suicide dual
