No Q, No Problem. #bellnado to the rescue!
All Rolling Stone BackblastsAugust 25th, 2017
7 PAX downed their #DRP and entered the gloom for a Q-less Bell Buster. No FNG Mo today, I guess former Green Berets have no trouble fartsacking too. I had a missed a couple of Q-less BBs in the last month or so and funny how they turned into regular People’s Qs…not today. The pizza box came out and it was time to #bellnado. Brief Disclaimer, mosey to HT lot, Marie leads a quick 15 SSH, put out the box with listed exercises and so it begins…
#bellnado:
- 15 Burpees – lap around bank
- Colt 30s – lap
- OH Press – lap
- Sumo Squat – lap
- Lawnmowers – lap
- Repeato
5 cycles is the gold standard, but with a bit of a late start and a slightly slow pace and a call at 0610, no PAX got there. Here are the vague results:
- Marie – 4.2
- Heatstroke – 4
- Cream Cheese – 4
- Kilowatt – 4
- Worm Burner – 4
- Dr. Phil – 3.8
- Packer – 3
Mary: 50 LBCs
COT: Continue to keep Brimley’s MIL in prayer with a rare incurable blood disease as she heads to the Mayo clinic, Marie’s mother with her chemotherapy, injured PAX, strength and stamina to Jimmy Buffett and Project with their csaup events this weekend
Moleskin: Weather was surprisingly delightful, even a bit cool, but any chill wore off quickly. Good job by PAX mixing in BG and BR too. That is a nice way to switch things up with #bellnado, go maybe at a slower pace, but use heavier weight. #sharknado does not have that versatility. Dr. Phil always seems to post to BB when we do #bellnado, lucky him. Tclaps to Happy Hour crew from last night at JBs. Marie, Kilowatt and myself were out past 10pm, yet returned this am. Sparky posted at Skywalker and Project had an excused absence to lay out for tomorrow’s GRL. Great way to kick off the weekend, gentlemen!!

Aye!!
Thanks for stepping up on the BB. For as much suck that bellnado brings, it’s a great bellweather on progress and pointing out areas of improvement. For example: my burpee speed delay needs to be cut in half at least.
