YHC rolled in to CBA with 4 other PAX. SUG showed an empty Q slot for today’s beatdown. While tradition would call for Bellnado – the Rage Brothers weren’t present. Whatley stepped up with Disclaimer then Warmarama.

Also, we did a weird stretch. Here’s what I remember: In Cotton Picker stance, put one hand flat on the ground and extend the other hand. Hold for a 10 count. Flapjack.

The Thang

Whatley led us in the following: Mosey with KB high in the air to the HT dumpster. Balls to the wall crawl circuit with one pax crawing the wall while the other did the following

• First round: Sumo squat
• Second round: Merkins
• Third round: Curls

Sparknut ran us a little farther back into the gloom with a 12-minute triangle:

20x of the following:

• KB pull-over on the rail
• KB overhead press with people’s chair
• Derken with feet on the rail (or…you can misunderstand instructions and do incline merkens – as was the case with YHC)

YHC took the next round. Mosey back past the dumpster with 2 rotations of the following – all with KB:

• Sumo squat
• Tricep Extension
• Curl
• LBC

Timer was runner doing about 30 yards sans KB

Mosey back to CBA for Mary

• Squiggy treated us to the following:
  • Stretches (Toe touch on our six, Right leg, then Left leg)
  • Cotton Pickers X 10
  • Merkens X 10
• Packer led us in Freddy Mercuries X 20
• Sparknut called time
