Dingo and Gentle Grizzly kicked off the morning with a 5:07am Pre Run to the Valley AO.
10 more PAX posted for a 4.29 miler out of the business park, around Harris Teeter, back next to StarBucks through the park and back to the Valley AO.

Buckwheat posting in a blue light up flashing vest that he must have dug out of his “Rave” closet. If that made you smile, you know, that I know, why you smiled!
Dingo had a blue light implant on the back of his head, kind of creepy but we never lost him.
A 16 year old Mechanic posted and provided amazing leadership and encouragement to the 6 on the last mile……Big things ahead in this young man’s future!
A bit of grumbling about some hills, but after a simple explanation around the physical Law of Inverted Hills and the reverse gravity effect it has on runners, most of the PAX seemed to glide on through them after that. #wordsarepowerful
