11 PAX escaped the fartsack this am for a delightful tour of Odell Primary School grounds.  It was exactly like getting out for recess as kids…if recess included burpees, rows, lunges, squats and other fun activities.  Great to have FNG Greg and the PAX formerly known as FNG Todd, now Love Seat, out in the gloom with us today.  Disclaimer given and we moseyed to the bball courts for some…

The Thang:  Games of 100!  What is that you ask? 100 reps. Partner up and perform a total of 100 reps with partner running a short distance and back as timer.  Plank when finished until all are done each time. 5 burpees between sets..when YHC remembers

• Inverted rows on playground
• Block curls next to playground
• Squats at back corner of school
• Dips at picnic tables by swings
• Hop the fence
• Lunges at front entrance to school
• Merkins at main lot of school
• Foot release squats (thanks to Grinder) at Whatley’s Hill
• Monkey Humpers at entrance to greenway

Moleskin:  Welcome Love Seat!  Nice job posting your 2nd time.  Additional welcome to FNG Greg, excellent first post, well done! The two new guys got paired with some veterans and came through nicely.  Good job working with them JB and Marie.  Marie may be short and old, but he is a bit of man child out there.  Marie noticed JB’s knee pads for the first time (he has only been wearing them for months I believe) and combined with my Canadian alter ego, Meat Smoke, resulted in some lewd mumblechatter out there.  Kind of been going on all week (YHC included), might need to clean it up a bit:) Great work by all PAX!
