Nice to meet @PetSounds from Cary who joined us. I hope you got your money’s worth, @PetSounds. We did the Tradition mile again today. YHC added some exercises along the way as we worked our way back to the Pull-up bars for some pull-up bar muscle development. We get stronger from wherever we are. We are not at the same place but we can push it from where we are. You, @Pax definitely “pushed” yourselves this morning. After the pull-up bars we did some pallet work. I forgot how hard pushing those pallets are. I felt it pushing it on the way back especially. Great work @Doc, ONJ, King Louie and Pet Sounds.
