Eleven brave men entered the gloom of the Skywalker air including one lost venturer all the way from Richmond, VA to endure a Hammer led beatdown.  The morning went a little something like this.

8 PAX mosied around the golf club parking lot, and then it was 9 PAX, and then there were 10 and finally during Warm o Rama we had 11.  I guess 5:30 is loosely used at this AO and the assumption is well…..its 5:30 somewhere…and so we are off:    SSH x 15, Hillbilly x 10 (thx Spit), Cotton Pickers x 10, Windmills x 12 (forgot to stop at 10), Slow and low merkins x 10, mountain climbers x 10.

Indian run with a 3 merkin special in the back to the playground.  At the playground, partner up for 3 sets of 10 partner shoulder presses, Dips while partner runs and 26 Step ups.

Mosie to faux ladder hill and be penalized with 5 burpees for this misinformation.  Mosie to faux wood fence for some derkins and incline merkins in cadence.  5 derkins each at bottom, middle and top.  10 Incline merkins each at bottom, middle and top.   Grab a rock and circle up for some arm curls, overhead presses, skull crushers, chest presses and back to arm curls with bear crawls in between for 3 rocks.  Q mistakenly allowed the honor code of reps without counting so Genie can fill us in on his real estate deals and killer sales he’s doing at work.  Nice job Genie.

Put rocks away and Mosie to the real deal ladder hill, however, the Q was once again led astray to the paved hill instead thanks to Harding who appeared to skeered of something Hammer had up his sleeve.  Hammer did not disappoint with quadraphelia up the hill with 4 stops of 5 burpees along the way.  Then, finish up with a slow Mosie to Mary.

3. Lifting up Ambassador in prayer for peace and comfort during these trying times with family loss and recovery from surgery.
4. Lifting up my Mom in your prayers as she is battling Cancer with valor.  Please keep it up mom.
5. Great to partner with you Spit and Spectrum, you men are strong.
6. Glad you could join us Genie, Spectrum and Churchill.  Better late than never huh.
7. I think there may have been a Frodo siting at a boot camp…just sayin.
