  1. Aye, thanks again!

  2. ’twas truly the “miracle at Highland Creek”. BZ and Happy Birthday to all MECAns. Aye.

    1. thanks, brother, you’re ok for a squid…:)

  3. @Gump and @Skipper, thank you for your leadership today and especially for your initiative five-years ago. Even without having a full-year of F3, I can’t wait to see how Highlands continues to impact.

Don’t let the Twitter mumblechatter get to you, @Gump (from “one serious Twitter user to another”).

I normally don’t get to post Tues or Thur during the school-year, but today was definitely worth me getting to campus a little late. Plus, I believe @Alcatraz was willing to provide a tardy pass. He owes me one from his previous carpool blunders, anyway.

How in the world you all determined who was there without the calling of names, but you can add Fame to The PAX.

    Thanks for the book recommendations.

Iron Sharpens Iron. I appreciate you all.

    1. I thought what happens in carpool stays in carpool! But with all the Snapchating those kids do I’m sure all my carpool violations are sufficiently documented in the background of LNC students’ stories.

      1. I’ll never divulge the details of any carpool violation, ESPECIALLY of any PAX.

  4. Ahoy! A great celebration workout! Thanks @Outlaw for the EH 5.5 years ago and for posting today. Thanks @Gump for leading us to start #Highlands. Thanks @Dredd and @OBT for starting F3 and posting with us today. Thanks Pax for the motivation and accountability through the years, and for posting 75 strong for a weekday workout! #blessed #keepspreadingF3

@Gump says low mumble chatter today, but I didn’t think it was low in my half of the pax. I must have been too easy today. #dreddalwaysentertains

  5. Add @Royal and @Barrister to the pax list. #slackhelp

  6. Added 3 pax to the list. Here are the pictures from @mgump https://goo.gl/photos/tvhn3x5eUd2Tn1gZ8

  7. Thanks, @Gump, for creating this little MeCa thing we have going on around here. It’s been great to be a part of it.

  8. Glad I was able to be part of this celebration. F3 has made a positive impact on my life since I stumbled across the PAX coming back from the track a couple years ago. Thanks @Gump for leading and motivating even though your cadence on the Jack Webb and Prison Merkins left something to be desired. Looking forward to many more years and continuing to add to the F3 flock.

    1. Aye, @brinkley you’re correct that was bad, as @obt said “Rusty” we all know it’s cause I’m out of shape.. time to get after that!

  9. Great coQ today @gump and @skipper. More importantly thank you for starting what we know as Highlands and now F3 Meca. Incredible group of guys that I am happy to work out with side-by-side and call many friends.

@skipper definitely had the Q adrenaline flowing today. Felt like double cadence.

    1. @hammer I feel you are one of the many #HIM’s that has embraced F3 helped the greater @meca region grow over the years with your efforts with EH’s and started and visiting new AO’s.
