9 men embarked on a journey to become stronger. 2 were late. YHC gave the disclaimer about not being responsible for injuries…yada yada yada. Good thing I listened to my own words as one late pax almost hit YHC with his Lexus while parking (@Point Break) Another pax was the later (@2 Step). After a quick, out and back warm up mosey, the pax returned to the parking lot to pick up these men. While we were there, we decided we should do the only smart thing that we would do this morning and warm-up.

Mosey over to ‘the wall’ and do the obligatory People’s Chair, then BTTW, then People’s Chair.
@Point Break decided that, not only was he not going to do balls to the wall…he would instead critique the rest of the men on their form. He pointed out that several men must have elephantitis due to the distance between their bodies and the wall. He also threw in that our hate hate @Mechanic’s balls haven’t dropped yet making it much easier for him to do this. Maybe that’s why he took his first VT here…
