3 Men started their day right with wind in our hair and lights blinking like crazy.

We started into a nice headwind, down Prosperity toward 85. Right on Senator Royal because who doesn’t like to go 30+ miles an hour on skinny tires, in the dark? Left on David Taylor, passing some suspicious vehicles parked at an Elementary School at 5:35 AM. Left on Research Drive to a long pause at the light a WT Harris before the climb up IBM drive. Circle IBM drive with a futile effort by YHC to convince the PAX to hop in the Y for a 6AM Spin class a buddy of mine teaches. Across to Medical Center Drive, avoiding the construction barricades. Right on Mallard Creek, with a brief downhill before a long climb out of the Valley. Left on Driwood to see if someone may toss us a couple of doughnuts from Dunkin. No luck, so left on Prosperity, where Man Down tries to convince us to stop and run a mile with him. Doc only has his clip shoes and I stayed quiet, having had the fun of bike to run in a Triathlon yesterday and not really wanting to do it again today. So Man Down took leave at the church and Doc and I did an AYG up and back from the Montessori School. All in all, with some pre rides and the main event, between 10 and 17 miles were ridden.
