The Thang

Thirty minute run through the village, past the school, the church, the dialysis center, the dentist’s office, the family medicine building, across the street from the gas station and the donut shop, into and through the apartment complex and back to the YMCA.

1. Missing the pax today.  Knew the count would be low when I saw Mint Hill’s 33% pax yesterday…sick kids, rain, out of town, needed a rest day.  The sun will be out later today and the pax will return in the coming days.  Looking forward to it.
2. I know where all the painters, sheet rockers, framers, roofers, etc. live. If you need some work done, drop by Woodbridge Apartments on Democracy Drive and ask around.  Every other vehicle there was a work van with stacks of ladders.
3. Next up: Pain Academy, 0530-0615, at Bain Elementary, Mint Hill.  Might Max WOD as scheduled.
