We experienced a beautiful 60°F misty morning – perfect for a Beatdown. There was no better place to be than at an F3 Beatdown with the Pax.  We chose to work out near where is the future pull-up bars and the dip bars Will be. We took a mosey to the daycare Down the road for some Bear crawls, crabwalk and some plank walk-ups. Some of the pax chose to do their plant walk-ups on Nice smooth cement and others chose an itchy grassy knoll area. Some Burpees were had in honor of the Spartan race where 30 Burpees seemed unreasonable but necessary.
