We had three football touchdowns of men, 21 to be exact for a variety of Hammer led beatdowns that went a little something like this for about 44 minutes but who’s counting?  @GAMMA.

Parkour Lap Mosie with some Stoli Skips mixed in to the shovel flag planted area with the legendary Sirius stars and stripes and the new Comanche stars and stripes.

Mosie to rock pile at the side of the school and pick a rock (not a boulder Blind Date!!!), mosie to rear courtyard for some upper body beatdowns. A variety of curls, shoulder presses and skull crushers x 20 for about 3 sets, etc, etc.

Partner up for 3 sets of Steps ups x 20 and laps; 3 sets of dips x 20 and 20 CDDs; Arms are now smoked and we return the rocks. Mosie to shelter at the front of the school for some more partnering. 2 sets of 10 parnter assisted pull ups.  I guess the Harrisburgers didn’t want to rely on my engineering judgement that the structure was safe so they went and played with the playground equipment.

Next Up!  The Comanche Ladder!  7 to 1, Merkins at the top, air squats at the bottom.  Not that our lungs, legs and arms are now smoked, mosie to the shovel flag compound for Mary.
