The rain was over and the temperature was perfect for a mosey. I was planning on the Haunted Daycare with the Ravenscroft extension, but in an effort to keep the Pax together, revised to an “L” shaped 1 mile out and 1 mile back route which I named the “Loco”. Why the Loco you may ask. Well, it’s an L shaped route, so why not name it after one the Pax whose name starts with L? Reason #2: This also happens to be the route that Loco hung back and walked with me once upon a time when my I.T. band shut me down. Thus “Loco Route”.

THE THANG

Leave from the 1st big bush beside upper parking lot, head up Moss Farm to the “T” at Moss Plantation (.5 mi), Right on Moss Plantation till the end of the sidewalk (.5), Then take it back to 1st bush. Repeato as many as possible and shorten the route if desired. Or if you’re Decaf, venture off to the Greenway so no one has any idea where you are.

The Pax completed 3-4 miles.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Pox has the Q tomorrow (as long as he feels well). It should be a good one as Pox IS a professional. Pox has been very good to help us out with form in the past, thus preventing injury while getting the best results from your beat down.

• Jade’s friend: Phil’s wife is having female complications. Been through 2 surgeries in the past 6 weeks and just got another bad report.
• Decaf: Pray for peace, love and unity (Always much needed)

MOLESKIN: 

1. Good to be out with you gentlemen this morning. Marie and I discussed the fact that our times have slowed since we have moved away from the straight runs that have comprised the Satisfaction Cruise in the past. Well today was one of those good ole straight runs – the kind that suck just about the whole time. But we got stronger and healthier so we can be mobile and strong to serve our families and communities for many years to come. …and so we can eat more because of the 700 or so calories we burned.
2. Decaf – good to have you out again. Hope the abdominal strain is better soon, but you were still out there moving, which means your were successful.
3. Marie – Thanks for your consistency. It helps me more that you know. Not to mention the fact that you’re out there crushing it at 10 yrs my senior. I’ll be thankful to do 80% of what you do in 10 years.
4. Miracle Gro – My boy – I’m proud of you! You have made incredible progress over the past few months. I’ll be chasing you in 6 months at the rate you’re going.
