Safty 1st Cruise

10 men started off their week in the windy colder than expected gloom at Skywalker. No Q signed up so PAX choice it is.
- Option 1: Run the golf course with painstation (3.1 miles)
- Option 2: Run to Mettle and back without painstations (4 miles)
Dirty was quick to declare that he would not be making any route recommendations so he could keep a clean conscience if anyone goes down. So with safety in mind, we take Dodger’s suggestion and head out to Mettle.
The Thang:
- 2 miles there
- Say hello to the Kettle Bell swining pack (nice turnout today)
- 2 miles back
Moleskin:
- Everyone logged somewhere between 4 and 5 miles today, nice work! Lots of good 2nd F happening even though we tend to get spread out on this route.

- It’s always good to get out there with my F3 brothers. I’m continually grateful for all of you.

Grinder, as usual the cruise was a challenging way to start the week. It always helps with the company and encouragement of the PAX. Hope to see everyone on Wednesday!
