Five runners came together today for a simple out and back on the greenway. YHC was surprised that only five showed up today. Typically there are more. I choose to believe that this was not a reflection on me.

– YHC is dealing with some tendinitis in my left knee, so a flat route on the greenway was perfect for me this morning. I hope it didn’t disappoint.
– Thanks for running with me @gentle grizzly and @landlord. Made it a much easier run.
– @landlord went for the crown on the hill of shadows today. Made it up in 1:25. Dude was flying up that hill, but it was still his third best.
– @grizzly said we were going to fast for him. Funny, you stayed with us the entire time and talked most of the time too.
– @dingo ran 8 today, not just 4ish like the rest of us. Nice work brother.
– @seeker crushed it today. Six total trophies on strava today brother. PR for 2 miles, 5K, and the hill of shadows. 2nd best time for a mile. 3rd best time for 400 meters and 1K. Excellent work brother.
