14 men decided to join me for an early morning workout. As we got started we were joined by Cabarrus County’s finest to ensure we were using good form. Sparknut extended an invitation but was declined. So it went something like this…

SSHx20, windmillx15,cotton pickersx10, IST x 20, mountain climbers x 10
mosey to rock pile
curlsx15, skullcrusherx15, move 3 to the right sumox15, goblinx15, move right to 3 the right chest press x 15, LBC x 15
mosey to logs
groups of 3 for circuits
kneeling log press x 10 (timer), squats, lunges, dips, incline merkins rotate for 3 rounds
indian run to bridge for a round of decline merkins x 10
then indian run back to bridge for another set on declines x 10
Mosey back to parking lot for squat pain, merkin circle of pain and squat bombs.

Wx 20, pretzel stickx10 ea, mason twist(MC)x20, LBC(Fillmore)x20, dying cockroach(sugar)x15, plank clock(heatstroke)x15, iron cross x 2 min

    Good workout this morning Stretchy. Good choice on avoiding the monkey humpers while the sheriff was visiting.

    Abs were killing after the extended Mary.

    Well done Stretchy! Nice use of the AO as we saw quite a bit of it today. In fact, we used all the coupons we have! It was fun! So much fun, we almost got arrested! And of course proves Sparknut will EH ANYONE.

    I’ve got the SUG and will add more dates.

    Great numbers today guys. Just think what it’s gonna be like when it’s really warm out!!!!

    Stretchy, great tour of the gloom this morning. I enjoyed the variety and as always, it was a challenge. The logs kick my butt every time. See you all later in the week.
