It was a balmy morning as the PAX tackled Skywalker. We had 14 show for my 1 year anniversary. We had two FNGs they wanted to see all of our AO. I’m not one to disappoint a new brother so it was on from there. Off we went into the gloom!

Warmup
Mosey through the parking lot with high knees, side ways and backwards to get the blood flowing.

The Thang
Mosey to the wall of fame. .

Muscle ups x10
Donkey kicks x10

Mosey to the soccer field and stop half way for 10 burpees and 10 world warm two sit ups.

Mosey to the hill of fame at the soccer field where we did a 10:1 ladder of squats at the bottom and shoulder presses at the top. There was a lot of chatter, moaning and groaning. I kept telling everyone to “LOVE” your rock. The PAX made it through.

Mosey to the shelter. We partnered up for 100 decline merkins and wind sprints. Once we finished up we went to the basketball court for the “Gauntlet”.

20 merkins

30 crunches

40 squats with the last five being star jump squats

repeato 3 times

Mosey back to the street and did wind sprints to the golf course where we partnered up for more fun.

Mosey back to Mary where we did lunges and backwards running up the hill of fame.
