Thanks @Pax for your posting this morning. You @Pax make it easier to keeping showing up. Some of us were still feeling the effects of the ab workout from Dingo’s beatdown on Tuesday. I brought up the topic of the Mary as we started Mary. What does it mean when we say, “Time for Mary.” at F3. Apparently, it derived from this clip: https://youtu.be/ldQBm-DW9_8

Great beatdown @guiness!
Mystery solved. Why does F3 call mary mary? 7 minute abs. Not 6, not 8 but 7! Thank you @guiness for the research on this topic.
Mystery unsolved – my quads are burning – was that from the @guiness beatdown today or the pre-run yesterday? Or both? Probably both. Burn is good!
Good one @Guinness, kept us moving. Always like doing some more of the jumping exercises.
Maximus, That burn was from King Louie’s Iron Fist Beatdown on Wednesday.
