8 of Traditions Invincible Pax braved hazardous weather conditions. Perhaps that’s not totally accurate.  Actually, everyone knows it doesn’t rain for Tradition Bootcamps.   Here’s what happened when it didn’t rain:

Moleskin: 100% chance of rain this morning but that didn’t cause the Tradition Pax to be skerd. In the mist was an apparition – Lo and behold, it  was @Ribshack who had returned.  Later we saw @Starbucks make a guest appearance.  The rest were the usual suspects: @ONJ, @Maximus, @Dutch,@ Doc, and the speedster @Jumanji.  The rain stopped abruptly at 5.30am for a Tradition Bootcamp.  I decided to use timer this morning which enable pax to stay together and go at their own pace. We did a fair amount of running and I tried to have as little downtime as possible. I hope it was a tough enough Beatdown.  Thanks @Pax for the opportunity to Q this morning.

  1. @guiness – great beatdown. Good job in turning off the rain at 5:30. Enjoyed the running intervals.

Just googled “apparitions” – yes @ribshack was a very nice “apparition” this am.

Not sure though of the connection to “healthy eating” was related to your beatdown? Must have missed that part.
