Ruck fever is spreading like Wildfire around Rolling Stone! Hula joined me for our Inaugural event to get a taste. Sugar has wanted to for so long he just didn’t know it yet but has his Ruck on order for Christmas. So I call up Waterboy who is always game to to join me for a 3 miler this am to give him a taste of “Good Livin”.

Impromptu meeting at 8 am Rolling Stone location. Load the Rucks Grab the 25lb Kettle bell and hit the Greenway. We rolled down the Greenway until we met Heatstroke on the other side. Leisurely strolling with a cup of Joe but hey that makes the cut for this backblast.

3 miles with a lot of weight and 25lb coupon to make us more uncomfortable.
