1 Mile Out, 1 Mile In

• 1 mile hard run to Fairvista
• 1 mile slow, fellowship run back to start
• 1 mile hard run to Clarke Creek
• 1 mile slow, fellowship run back to start

1. Well, we modified to a Cruise-type run due to Nanny’s IT band……BUT no Nanny showed! #alltalk
2. Great work in the cold breathing weather for those that posted. I think we found Gordo’s sweet spot. The 1 mile run.
3. Chavez’ car looked like Sanford and Son’s truck. You had to show to know. Enjoy your day off!
