Nice 50 degree weather greeted us so 14 tough dudes saddled up for some fun. Disclaimer and here we go!

Mosey to upper lot, all IC:

35 SSH, 15 CP, 15 IST

Mosey to BB court, for a 6 to 1 ladder of merkins and mountain climbers IC. Q messed up the count a little so we may have done a few extra?

Line up at middle of court, sprint to back line, crab walk back, sprint to back line, bear crawl, sprint, quadraphelia and repeat the whole thing again.

Mosey to rock pile, all IC and 20 of each:

curls for who?

skull crushers

chest press (standing)

bent over rows

Repeato

I think we did 25 more burpees?

Mosey to HRMS and over to the fence. All are IC.

15 incline merkins, 15 decline merkins, then 10 each, then 5 each. Last five were tough!

Mosey over to front of MRMS, get some planter action. All single count:

10 step ups each leg, 10 prisoner squats, 10 steps ups each leg, repeat all

15 burpees

Mosey to sidewalk, for 10 IC monkey humpers

Mosey back to OES, Sparknut and Jimmy Buffet decided it was a race (isn’t it always a race?)

Mary – 30 LBC, Homer to Marge medley with low flutter and low dolly mixed in
