Are you guys F2 or something?

All All MECA Backblasts

December 3rd, 2016 By Murdock

On the first Saturday of December the PAX gathered at MCP for a beatdown that would cause not only questions from within, but questions from without concerning the purpose of F3. 23 men were up for the challenge and after the shovel flag was planted and disclaimer given – the pain began.

WARMARAMA:

Mosey up the hill to the picnic shelter for..

THE THANG:

EMOTM – Every Minute On The Minute

The PAX was given the option for 3, 6, 9 and many took advantage of the lower numbers.

Incline Merkins, Dips, Derkins Rotation – 9 to 1

Partner up for 100 Burpees, 200 Lunges, 300 Squats with one partner running to the lower parking lot and then switching for exercises. Burpees were mercifully switched to Merkins and the run was canceled during Squats so partners could double up and finish their 300.

MARY:

THE MUTINY MOLESKIN:

  1. Great work by the PAX this morning as everyone was pushed to do a little more than they wanted.
  2. @Sandman returned for his first post heart attack workout. F3 Nation is a big fan of his no quit attitude and thankful he is back.
  3. During the partner exercises a couple ladies ran through the PAX and asked if this was F2 or something.  Not sure if she meant it as an intential shot, but the PAX took no time in criticizing the Q’s leadership in not allowing any time for fellowship.  @MajorPain concluded the missing F was fitness as some guys were taking some breaks.
  4. Truth is there was lots of great mumblechatter. Sound off with your 2 cents in the comments below.

  1. I expect to feel this one for a couple of day. Well done @Chopper!

  2. I am so glad to be back amongst this group of men. It has been a very trying 6 weeks but my heart function is normal and I was given the green light by my doctor. I will start posting again on a regular basis. Love you guys. See you in the gloom.
