Nomadic Q on the Move

All All MECA Backblasts

November 3rd, 2016 By AstroVan

YHC has a reputation of being a bit of a nomad in MECA. So to fuel that just a bit more, how about an AO VQ at Davis Lake. Thanks Farm for a number of heartfelt, if not pushy invites to try out this AO.

-Thanks for following me around today. Good work by the whole PAX
-Make sure you are reaching out to those Sad Clowns that have not tried F3 and to those that you haven’t seen in a while. A lot of guys find it hard to get motivated this time of year and we need to help out where we can.

  1. Thanks all .. Sound off below!

    1. Nice one @Astrovan!

@THEFarm did the same thing to me……..I finally Q’d 2x for him but he never invited me back. #messagereceived

      1. You are always welcome brother! I don’t remember two Qs…just one. We need you to refresh our memories!

        1. I wasn’t going to point it out but 1x I signed up for & the other when someone didn’t show up….

          1. Wait, that wasn’t me?

  2. Great BB @Astro Van. Take notes @King Julian!

Thanks for coming out to Q @Astro Van! @Buckwheat told me your Qs are always good and creative so I wanted to see it for myself since I missed you at Tradition. He was right! Keep running and working out! Let us know if you want to join us for the Huntersville Half!

    1. Thanks @TheFarm. No Huntersville Half for me. No interest in running that far. The 5 1/2 miles I did yesterday was the furthest I have ever run in my life. Just trying to get to be able to do 9-10 miles so I can do some longer Triathlons in the future.

      1. If you do 9-10 miles, you’re ready for a half!

        1. Is this the same guy that asked for the marathon training plan today? Hmmm…….must be 2 AstroVans parked in MeCa

          1. That be him!

          2. It is a pretty common name … said I wanted to look at it, not necessarily do it. Want to run more to improve cardio for Triathlons, boot camps, etc. I am on the fence on running for running sake. Running with a group though does make it more entertaining and not seam as monotonous.
