Mosey Behind School to Trailers for some Plus 1 action…do each exercise listed for the number of times listed plus the extra credit and add the extra credit each time through increasing your reps…after each exercise run one a lap up the ramps around the learning cottages (political correctness).

-Today was supposed to be Disaster’s one year anniversary beatdown but unfortunately he threw out his shoulder diving for a flag in capture the flag game with toddlers this weekend…not really sure why you have to dive to capture a flag against toddlers…easier to just push them out of the way but anyway…heal up brother and we look forward to ragging you soon about your competitiveness with toddlers soon.

-we had a grumpy Gump sighting this morning in full close in a car…not your traditional beatdown attire but whatever works brother

We had 25 men this morning and I am deeply concerned with the math skills i witnessed form this bunch this morning…i hope all your wives are running the finances or your all gonna be broke soon

-It was good to get back on the Q saddle this morning…time to sign up for some more Q’s
