8 Precinct Pax pitched in to help YHC kick off my 15th wedding anniversary. Turns were taken with the only rules being that each exercise had to fit the “15” theme somehow and no exercise could be repeated by another pax member. After some totally undeserved comments about YHC being unprepared to Q and using this as a backup plan, we were off.

Warmup:

• Slow mosey around Alcatraz island, then circle up.
• SSH x15 (Man Down)
• IST x15 (Iron Wolf)
• Windmills x15 (Brutus)
• ‘Mericans x15 (Gentle Grizzly)
• Hillbillies (aka Wacky Jacks) x15 (Skipper)
• Cotton Pickers x15 (Field of Dreams)
• Mountain Climbers x15 (The Closer)
• Low Slow Squat x15 (Urlacher)

The Thang:

• Pull-ups and Dips x15 (Man Down)
• WWII Sit-ups and Jump Squats x15 (Iron Wolf)
• Plank Derkins x15 (Brutus)
• Mosey to Wellington entrance for Incline Merkins x15 (Gentle Grizzly)
• Mosey back to Prisoner Check-in for Apollo Ohnos x15 (Skipper)
• Over to Great Wall of Wellington for Muscle-ups x15 (Field of Dreams) and then repeato x3
• People’s Chair x15 seconds four times (i.e. 1 minute) (The Closer) “Man Down!” YHC shed some blood on this one!
• Run up and down Raddington 15x (Urlacher). This SUCKED!
• Walk back to check-in and partner up. P1 does Jump Lunges while P2 Reverse Runs around island. The plan was do run 15x as a team, but that was way too ambitious, so YHC called an audible and cut this one short after about 8 laps.

Mary:

• LBCs, Pickle Pushers, Low Flutters, Pretzel Crunch, Crunchy Frog, and one other all x15. Finish off with Airborne Mindbenders.

Matrimony Moleskin:

• Remember, Marriage is like an old-fashioned raffle ticket – Must Be Present To Win.
