Moleskin,

Gentlemen, I swear it seemed pretty easy running this through my head last night. Mumble Chatter was noexistent this am. Great push. I look forward to seeing what Milkbone learned at Q School this morning and what Sparknut discovered on his quest for new pain treatments.
Continue to Pray for this nation. Let us not be divided by the petty politics and put our trust in Jesus. Pray for the folks subjected to all the flooding in Louisiana. Also for our brothers not with us this am.

Psalm 118:9, “It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.”

  1. @Whatley, severe beatdown this morning. Ruckin’ is paying off for you, dude. I counted 60 burpees, that’s the best way to keep the mumble chatter to a minimum.
@Sparky – TClaps for back-to-back after the #FOOT. If it was so much fun yesterday, where was Genie today?
    @MC – don’t forget the shovel flag.

  2. Well done @Whatley! Simple, effective, kept the PAX together and a fair use of the Burpee! After the 3rd ‘stop’ it started catching up with me. Was thankful to see Mary.

For the record, I was not the last one in today!

Good numbers lately and nice to see some ‘young guys’ out there.

Cruise tomorrow 0530. Need some help with the numbers on this one. No crazy mileage or speed and great F2!

Pizza Night – Thursday 0700, Johnny Bruscos.

  3. Nice work today Whatley! Really enjoy the Rolling Stone AO. Just wish it was about 10 minutes closer to my house.

  4. Good job boys! Good numbers and Looks like a great beatdown!

  5. Great workout, maybe next time you could throw in some burpees. It took me a while to get in gear due to Chix Foot hangover and lack of sleep (not a good combo). Next time I’ll try to be better prepared. Thanks for the strong lead.

  6. Man, the piper is a cruel taskmaster. Looks like I missed a good one!

    See you on the Cruise.

  7. Looks like we need a Q for Bell Buster. Sorry, I’ll be DR in The Great Midwest. #annieoakley

  8. Thanks guys! Also had a bball court station planned of Bear Crawls and Crab Walks. That was the first thing I was bailing on if we didn’t have time!

    Whew! Hate crab walks

  9. Hula bailed on me again. I nominate him for Friday. I’ll be in Raleigh.

  10. Appreciate the Q, Whatley, tough one after missing all last week. Glad to know that about the crab walks, I see many in your future on my next Q.

Thanks for the flag reminder, Schnitzel.

Come on out for the Satisfaction Cruise tomorrow, it’s now a boot camp with a little more running than usual. You will be glad you showed up.

    Until next time.
