Way to go Sensei!
All All MECA BackblastsJuly 6th, 2016
There wasn’t a Q for today on the sign up, but four men showed up for some workouts anyway. After looking around at each other to see who wanted to Q, Sensei jumped on the opportunity.
Started off with a light jog around the church, and formed up for some stretching.
SSH x 15 IC
ISS x 15 IC
Cotton Picker x 10
Then go get a cinder block for some fun. Formed up in a circle, but since we only had four people, it looked more like a square.
We started off with stations for 45 seconds:
- Tricep extension
- Cinder block burpee (block optional)
- Curls
- Shoulder press
quick walk to shake off the pain and then start round 2:
- Lap/Lat pullover (not sure which one it is)
- Sumo squat
- chest press
- lunges with cinder block
Walk it off again and repeato round two
Time for some mary:
LBC x 20
Low flutter x 20
Pretzel crunch x 10 each leg
I forgot the name of the workout that King Louie Suggested, but it kinda looked like the mason twist start position with a michael phelps worked into it. Not sure what its called, sorry. X 15
The W x 15 This is the part and time where I got bit by 6 fire ants (battle scars)
Glad we had some guys show up today for a nice workout. Nice to meet Skyline, and hope to see everyone back out at Tradition soon!

Haha, we could nickname that exercise the Mason Phelps.
It’s the “Crunchy Frog.” I’m pretty sure that’s not the way frogs sit, though…..
it is when you fry them!!
9 pax were cruisin’…………just so it doesn’t look like we are all serial fartsackers! See you out tomorrow!
