SSH will continue until morale improves

All All MECA Backblasts

June 21st, 2016 By Schnitzel

15 of the chattiest of RS talked themselves out of the fartsack this morning. YHC quickly gave disclaimer as PAX knows that he is not a professional.

Warm a rama
Mosey to Draco Dragon Circle with some toy soldiers and butt kickers to stretch the legs.

Thang
Mosey to picnic tables for a half-Chelsea. That is, within 60 seconds, we do 5 dips, 10 merkins and 15 squats. Rinse. Repeat. But only for 15 minutes.

We took a break, and moseyed back to Draco for a partner/wheel barrow adventure which, at best was a distraction from the monotony of the Chelsea. So after a lap or two, depending, we headed back to picnic tables for 5 more minutes of Chelsea. If you’re following along at home, that would be a total of 100 dips, 200 merkins and 300 squats.

Mary
Mosey to the basketball court, aka Keith Richards Sports Complex, for Mary. I don’t think we’ve ever done Mary here.

Moleskin
Thanks for following me around this morning, men. Great way to start my birthday. Chelsea is not much fun, but reminds me of life in a way. Some days seem just like yesterday, but we push through anyway. Live in the present moment (or minute), its all you got.
