16 PAX made the decision to post on a beautiful spring morning, It went something like this

Mosey to Basketball courts
Arm circles, small, big, reverse and big
SSH 15
IST 15 IC
Cotton Picker 15 IC
Windmill 12 IC

The Thang
Mosey to Gym Equipment and partner up, Partner 1 does incline merkins -10 while partner 2 does pull ups then switch. Repeat 3 times
Mosey to swings then form groups of three . Partner 1 does 10 Swerkins, Partner 2 does squats and partner 3 does step-ups, Rotate and repeat 3 times
Mosey to front lot, merkins *10 and Scorpion drydocks repeat 3 times
Suicides with lunge walk and Groucho walk
Mosey to greenway partner up and each group grab a rock Back to back pass rock back and forth, first to the left then to the right. Then partners alternate between running and chest presses. Three sets

    Great job Sourdough. Funny how it seemed to just go on and on and on and on and etc.
    Groucho walk was hilarious to watch. Lunge walk…well…not as fun.

        Yep, should have known. Virgin Q is usually obvious by the frequent use of his Weinke. But Sourdough didn’t even have a Weinke!
