Great morning for a beat-down, cool temperature and a beautiful sunrise welcoming pax at the entrance to Mugga

As warned in the PB, there was a fair amount of running

Mosey from AO to the post office

Warmorama:
– 15 SSH
– 15 Mtn. climbers
– 15 Windmills

The Thang:
– Run through Mugga Flacka starting at the post office entrance, exiting through Lawndale (you avoid the steep climb out of Mugga at the end in lieu of longer steadier climb via Lawndale)
– Q attempted to keep ~8 min pace (according to Skinner’s fancy watch we were doing about that pace)

Sprinkled pain stations:
– stop at the shelter for some derkins and dips
– stop right after the belly of the beast for some freddie mercs
– stop at the Lawndale entrance to Union for LBCs

No mary as we arrived back at the AO post 6:15

Moleskin:
1. We ran ~4.5 miles total, not a bad way to knock out your 10k steps before 10am
2. My love/hate relationship with running continues
3. We lost a few pax along the way, sorry to run over allotted time
4. There were sights of a friendly female yelling profanities at the pax on Union St. as they were passing by, I think Mountie got the brunt of it
5. Per F3 social chair El Ab, there is F2 gathering at CaBrew this Thursday; Exit, will you bring him that magazine? I think that’s the only reason El Ab organized this gathering (outside of catching up with his legal counterparts and compadres)
