3 pax joined YHC for his VQ on this pristine morning. It was only a matter of time until the dawgs got loose and explored the surrounding neighborhoods.

After looking both ways twice, we were off. Cross Pitts School Rd. Right down Pulaski to the end, back out, right to the end of Shenandoah, back out. Repeato until 0555 while going back for the 6.
Cross back over into the Dawg House, go around the school on the gravel path until we came to the locked fence. Only way to go from there is up – up the stairs. My legs felt like Jello here.
Went back for the 6 who was fortunately at the top of the stairs so we didn’t have to do that again. Pharaoh joined YHC in zigzagging around the parking lot to hit 4 miles total on my watch. I like even numbers, remember.

COT. BOM. Thank you for the opportunity to be out here and lead. It’s been a crazy four months since I started my F3 journey. I’m much better for it today. Let’s not take for granted our health and our loved ones at home that support us being out here, one day it could be gone.
