So once again I turned onto Moss Farm and thought I would be going it alone today. But then Milkbone appeared out of the gloom and we had our PAX for the RS Cruise. We agreed on a nice mosey that went like this according to the Nike Running App. Starting gun went off at 5:41 am and out of the OES lot we went.

Down the Hector Henry greenway, to the end and up the hill to the Ashcroft cul-de-sac. Back down the greenway (visibility was actually very good this morning) with a few up and backs onto the piers and exits, keeping the PAX together.

3.02 miles in 25:23 for a leisurely 8:24 pace.

Thanks for the 2nd F today, Milkbone. Glad the M gave you a pass, we will look for you to be a regular for the Cruise.
