What’s that guy’s name?
All East Charlotte BackblastsMay 9th, 2016
Chirping birds and cool air greeted the morning at VMP, beguiling in their sweetness, for who knew the fog of pain that was about to roll in. Only one man did, because he was bringing it.

P1 backward run up hill, touch fence, return, flapjack. P2 does LBCs. Team count 200.

Moleskin:
Great work from our mighty men of Mint Hill. It’s a pleasure to lead and I appreciate the challenge and honor.
YCH clearly overscheduled the Weinke this morning. (I’m pretty sure I did mention during the disclaimer mumble, that I’m #notaprofessional.) We didn’t get to go back down the Lt. Dan ladder, didn’t get to any of the 3rd leg of Dora, and had to stop mid-fun on the pullup/burpie 11s. Oh well. But we tried, and we did a whole lot of brick/air presses and merkins – not sure how many in total . . . can’t count that high even with my socks off. Thank goodness for smart phone speech-to-text or this BB wouldn’t be out until Friday.
Kotters to Chicken Fried. We missed our new-papa brother this winter. He’s got a new work schedule and going to try to see if he can squeeze a beatdown. Sure hope so; someone’s got to rock those Vibrams.

Great to see the Chicken Fried in the gloom again!
Good to see you Chicken Fried. I’d pat you on the back, but I can’t raise my arms for some reason.
My whole body aches. Well done sir well done!
Anybody that can q that workout gets mad props from me.
Can someone help me out of bed tomorrow morning? XD
And duh, welcome back Chicken Fried!
I think something’s in the water of Mint Hill with CF being a new dad and twins on the way to Casa Capri.
Time for me to move out of this place before I catch it. And since I’m unmarried, that would be sort of a miracle and a scary one at that.
Thanks for the comments everybody. And thanks for a solid “welcome back” beatdown Swiss Miss. I’m having trouble remembering what kept me away for so long but it’s great to be back.
