Great start to a beatdown by 9 of Tradition’s elite pax.  The rain did not dampen the determination of these pax even when the exercise form was challenging. Here’s the story:

Can you teach an old dog new tricks? Can a hound dogs do Burpees? These were some of the questions circulating the Q’s head this morning.  Great work by all k9 pax except for some Burpee issues – not mentioning any names.  But if you were to ask me who and if you got it right then I would say, “Bingo!”
