10 men got out of the fartsack to wade into the gloom and follow Lead Pipe on his V-Q!
After getting an EH from @Guinness last Thursday, YHC was able to con Lead Pipe into joining me in the thing we call Q.

YHC started out with a mosey while praying the Q would show up and he did as we were finishing the mosey.

Warmup IC by YHC

16 – SSH
16 – Windmills
16 – Carolina Dry Docks
21 – Cotton Pickers (Shut up King Julian…YHC didn’t lose count)
Then YHC turned it over to Lead Pipe to see what he had for us for THE MAIN EVENT

We did a circuit of:
Rock Swings
Spider-ups
Dips
Rock Rows
Mountain Climbers
Upside down Supermans

30 seconds each AMRAP and we did 5 circuits

1. I had to name this workout after Lead Pipe’s favorite football team – the lovablest losers of the NFC, the Detroit Lions (YHC and Pistons team also)
2. Lead pipe can attest that being a Q is much easier than it looks but only the rare few can do it with style
3. F3 is a peer led organization so if you haven’t led your peers, step up.
4. Congrats to Lead Pipe for bringing a totally new workout to Davis Lake and for his V-Q after less than 1 month since being named!

    Great VQ @Lead Pipe. We appreciate your willingness to step out of your comfort zone and do something new. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. What better time can you think of than inflicting pain on the other guys?!

    Thanks for co-Q’ing with him @Back Cracker. I did enjoy him politely saying “no music.”

    Speaking of music, that is NOT the norm around these parts @Spurrier. That is not a MeCa or Charlotte thing… That is a @Back Cracker thing.

    Apparently, sometimes it IS acceptable to take the BLUE pill???

    Farm, you arnt gonna get me to bite on the blue pill thing, i will remind you though that i have 20-30 years of experience on all of you 20 and 30 somethings!
