Well, this one was almost a Reimers brothers only show.  Dr. Doolittle and I got in a 2.5 mile pre-workout trail run, then waited for the pax to arrived.  At 7am nobody had posted so we headed out.

Warmup

Mosey circle around the parking lot and picnic shelter back to the cars then over to the playground.

• Imperial Walker x20
• Merkin x10
• Mountain Climber x10
• Peter Parker x10

The Thang

• 10 Pull Ups
• Bear Crawl the playground deck, which makes a circle
• 8 Pull Ups
• Bear Crawl the playground deck
• 6 Pull Ups
• Bear Crawl the playground deck
• 4 Pull Ups
• Bear Crawl the playground deck
• 2 Pull Ups
• Bear Crawl the playground deck

Gridiron arrives, and since he missed the fun, YHC calls a repeato, this time with Merkins instead of Pull Ups.

• 10 Merkins
• Bear Crawl the playground deck, which makes a circle
• 8 Merkins
• Bear Crawl the playground deck
• 6 Merkins
• Bear Crawl the playground deck
• 4 Merkins
• Bear Crawl the playground deck
• 2 Merkins
• Bear Crawl the playground deck

Mosey to the benches.

• 15 Step Ups each leg OYO
• Dips x15
• 10 Jump Ups OYO
• Incline Merkins x10
• Bench Squats x10
• Decline Merkins x10

Mosey to the Cricket Pitch and use the bleacher stairs.

• Reverse Spiderman Merkins up the stairs
• Quadraphelia up the stairs. Repeato x4
• Bear Crawl down the stairs
• Bear Crawl up the stairs
• Jump Squat from bench to bench down to the bottom, then Jump Squat all the way back to the top. Repeato x3
• Bear Crawl the length of three rows of benches.

Mosey to a disc golf tee.

• LBC x30
• The Squirm x15
• Oblique Crunch x15

Mosey through the woods to the first picnic shelter.

• One pax does as many Picnic Table Presses as possible while the others do WWII Sit Ups.

Mosey back to the parking lot.

• Mason Twist
• Crunchy Frog
• Homer-to-Marge Merry Medley, includes: Homer, Marge, Low Dolly, Rosalita.

Moleskin

1. Dr. Doolittle– I enjoyed the run and the conversation. It’s nice for brothers to have some time to catch up once in a while.
2. Grid Iron– Glad you could make it in time for me to do a little repeato of our playground Bear Crawl drill.
3. I love how Gridiron kept claiming the brothers were trying to kill him.  No, just making you stronger. #ironsharpensiron.
4. Monday is the Murph at Hickory Grove Elementary, 0530-0615.
