Five Lakers + 1 nomad + 1 soon-to-be-moving-kotter embarked on a journey to get stronger this morning. YHC found out yesterday that the hills are indeed alive down the road at Skywalker, which means my legs felt dead this morning. Therefore, I arrived with a general plan in mind (little running). Also, during my travels to other AOs the past few weeks, I read a lot about @Piston and his love of air presses and LBCs… Therefore I decided to incorporate them into the beatdown. Unfortunately, he is out of town so the pax can thank him when he returns. After exchanging (un)pleasantries with @Schultz regarding why he’s been MIA for six months and receiving a hug from @Skipper (I missed you too, buddy), we were off!

Thanks for bearing with me today! The beatdown I did today was meant to be a mockery of the air press but actually ended up being pretty tough! But we had to do 400 of them for that to happen ;). @Piston would be proud.

Good seeing @Skipper and @Schultz this morning. I’m glad I reached out to @Schultz because he’s apparently moving soon. But there’s an F3 in Pinehurst so we hope he continues to post…during the warm months at least.

@Baywatch (aka Doug) was given a temporary name until his EHer (@Class5) can give him an appropriate name.
