All All MECA BackblastsApril 13th, 2016
Soooooooo……Here it is!
The Chain, obviously looks like a chain on the map – when/if it shows up on the Back Blast, it looks like this:
From WROES down the Greenway to the shelter, 10 Merkins (thx Waterboy)
Continue on Greenway to Marquette Grinder, 10 8-count Body Builders (WHHAAAT! No thx Schnitzel).
Mosey through the streets of Moss Creek to the Astoria access, 10 IST, IC (thx Marie).
Mosey the Greenway (take a break in the woods) to the Alexia access, 120 LBCs (courtesy, YHC).
Down Moss Plantation to Astoria access (audible – no time for pain)
Follow Greenway to Marquette Grinder
Jailbreak to WROES.
Moleskin – Finally after a number of attempts – (WT@). Thanks for playing along today Gents. That was fun.
Good to have Waterboy back out!
Announcements – First monthly Rolling Stone F2 event is tomorrow night. RS Pizza Night at Johnny Bruscos, 7PM. Spread the word! We can EH to those too you know!

How are you gonna do that second F event and Flying Saucer at the same time?
Fair question! Beer at FS 1830, Pizza at 1900! Any questions?
RS is having a time with the Cruise BB lately. We either duplicate the effort or do 1/2 the effort…ha
Seriously, I am sure Sugar put in the full effort, it just didn’t work out.
For the record, including stopping for the four pain stations and some circling back to keep the PAX together, Nike Running app says we went 4.09 miles in 41:07.
Thanks to the PAX who showed this morning, some good F2 opportunities today.
Until next time.
Nothing like 8 count body builders to enhance F2!
