We were Graced by the presence of Chowder this am. As well as Drop Cloth. Sour Dough and Sparky are officially claimed as Stoners now!
Mosey to the upper lot finish with Forward and Reverse line sprints then Sidewinders and finish with some Toy Soldiers

Warm Up
IC

20 x SSH
15 x Wind Mill
10 x Merkins
15 x Cotton picker

The Thang

Mosey to the Rock pile partner up and grab 1 rock per team. Mosey with rock down the road to middle school. Line up.

P1 sprint down and back the field and P2 Rock Squat. Swap until 100 total
P1 sprint down and back the field and P2 Overhead press. Swap until 100 total
P1 sprint down and back the field and P2 Rock Squat swings. Swap until 100 total

Drop rocks and mosey to the Brick wall.
10 muscle ups on your own
10 Wall Climbers IC
10 more muscle ups on your own
10 Donkey kicks on your own

Mosey back to the rocks

P1 sprint down and back the field and P2 Rock curls. Swap until 100 total.

Carry rocks back home Mosey to upper lot for Mary
20 x LBC IC
10 x Frogs attempted IC
20 x Box cutter right into low flutter

As always it was a pleasure and I hope I pushed you and it wasn’t a lay up.

  1. @Whatley returns with a bang. You’ve been out for a couple of weeks, then hit 4-5 in a row. Nice Q this morning. I had no idea the muscle ups were that hard at other end of the wall! We need more of those.

    @Chowder wins the “Encourager of the Encouragers” award! I’ve never met anyone else who can always one-up you on encouragement or compliment. You’re a great example.

    @Decaf – Nice job getting your money’s worth with the burpees after the late start!

    Sparknut, that is why I hustled over to the wall- I knew I wanted to get to the short guy’s end before the muscle-ups.

    Keep working, Sourdough- it won’t ever be easy but you will get stronger.
