8 men ignored the wet weather and ventured out into the Skywalker gloom.  No Q signed up…. again…. so people’s Q it is.

Part 1:  @Harding

• COP warmup with SSH, Cotton Pickers, Windmills, Merkins, & Mountain Climbers
• Mosey to top of parking lot for further instructions
  • Some terrible ladder/ horseshoe circuit with Merkins, Mountain Climbers, and Jump Air Squats at the top.
  • Run around and down to main entrance then Quadraphilia back up the the top.
  • Total of 75 Merkins, 150 Mountain Climbers, 75 Air Squats, & 5 miserable trips up that hill in reverse

Part 2:  @Glock

• Mosey down the hill toward central park.
• Stop at first street for 25 (impromptu) merkins.
• Stop at 2nd street and partner up
  • 15 Wheel Barrow Merkins
  • 15 Partner Throw Downs
  • 3 sets
• Run back up the hill to the clubhouse stairs
  • Reverse Spider man up then back to parking lot for 40 LBCs
  • Repeato until time is called (2-3 sets)

Run back to lower lot for a quick Mary

1. Right before we launched, @Ambassador mentioned that it wouldn’t be a bad morning as long as it just kept misting like it was at the time.  Just then, the Sky Q laughed and let the precipitation pick up to a steady downfall.  Gotta love it!
2. Welcome FNG Ivan!  It was great to have you out there with us this morning.  That was a tough hand to get dealt on your first time out but you handled it like a champ.  Hope to see you regularly.  This is one of the best ways to meet some neighbors when you’re new to the area.
3. I think we can all agree that Quadraphilia up that hill is just cruel.  It seems like it shouldn’t hurt as bad as it does but it just destroys every muscle in your legs.  #Ouch
4. And the loudest breather in MeCa award goes to… @Genie!  The guy sounded like a bull snorting during the warmup merkins.  Something about how he forgot to wear his breath-right strip today…
