Anal Leakage and Cheese
All All MECA BackblastsFebruary 20th, 2016
11 men came out for a little run this morning. We were there to run, but we had no idea that we would learn so much about a fellow Pax……
Route
Right onto Prosperity Church Rd. Loop around Aldi and back to AO.
We went with pace groups today in an effort to get faster. We had some guys running 7.5min pace! up to 10.00min pace and everything in between!
We even had one guy #Jellylube his pace…….#garminsucktomtomrules
4 miles was the minimum, and the faster guys logged 5 miles.
The kinda gross moleskin;
- Good work pushing yourselves men! Find your comfortable pace, but don’t be afraid to try and increase it!
- So….The conversation turned to the HEC and one Pax member mentioned that he won’t do it because he refuses to give up cheese? He was quickly…..ahhh…..corrected……maybe not politely…..If you can give up everything on that list, but you want to keep cheese in? then keep cheese in! We are all grown ups here.
- But then it got ugly……Said Pax mentions that he can’t go without his mountain dew either?? Even though it causes him to have ANAL LEAKAGE!!! WTF??! Firstly – TMI!! Secondly – I can’t think of a better reason to give up something??!!
- Anyways, this caused some very unusual conversation and the texts have been rolling all day. Anal Leakage being the most discussed topic in F3 history.

I just don’t know what else to say…..
The Jellylubed pace was for half a mile! And it was user error not watch error. Another pax informed the rest that he would be pace setter but then didn’t know how to set his watch??? #alsousererror
That was by far the craziest convo I have ever been a part of…
Sign up for the HEC that starts on Monday!
All I know is I heard the words “anal leakage” and “Google it” in the same sentence and thought to myself not on any device my M could see!
@Farm – The beeping on your owl-detection warning device was pretty annoying, but I appreciate the strong push on the last mile
@grizzly – Nice Sprint at the end
@dingo, those were some flat hills
@buckwheat – no quit in you bro. Strong work out there
Just when I’ve finally come to accept @Dingo’s excessive use of the exclamation point in any of his communications, I had to go and read that. I’m officially tapping out of reading any future Tradition BBs.
I agree. Dingo is not shy about using the exclamation point. But it is definitely justified based on that conversation.
Dude!!!! I only used 8 exclamation points!!!!!! That was really light for me!!!!!
Nothing justifies putting that in print…
It was way worse in person….
