4 mile Indian run?! – Negative

The idea of doing a 4 mile indian run has been tossed around lately.  So i suggested last night that it might occur this morning.  I received some positive feedback from some Pax, but one pax in particular said he was going to “buck” that indian run!  As I slept, dreaming nightmares about his anger over indian runs…..I woke up so scared of the consequences(Said Pax carries a gun for work) that I dropped the whole idea.  Maybe next week……

But what was done, may have been harder than the planned (flat) indian run.  Instead we conquered the hills!!

First leg – Down the Hill Of Shadows and Back up – find a comfortable pace and do not stop running up that damn hill!!  please note – not one pax stopped to walk up the hill #firsttimeforeverything

Second leg – Turn right onto mallard and run to Harris – That long hill sucked!!

Third Leg – When you get back to AO keep running up to Prosperity and back. – Ok this resulted in one monstrously hill!!  BRR here we come!!

The Moleskin;

  1. Well done by all!  Another tough route.  4.0-4.3miles run depending on your turn backs.
  2. Jumanji showed us he does have a slow gear and ran with the pax this morning!!  Welcome to 10min/miles!
  3. Buckwheat and RibShack did awesome this morning!  Keep pushing through that barrier men!
  4. Is the Farm getting fast??  Or were there many owls out this morning?
  5. Trail Mix & Mutant – Why are you not on the BRR team?

    Lol @ rolling backlists.

    Glad j got to do that route although I was regretting it at points during the run.

    No owls present this morning!

      Confirmed. I did not see any owls either. They seem to like the privacy of the greenway
